TradeBridge Workforce is a business name of Corrigan Carpentry & Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 25 601 540 201), a construction recruitment business based in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it is stored, who it is shared with, and how you can ask for it to be corrected or removed. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Through the forms on this website (and the same details if you send them to us by WhatsApp, phone or email) we may collect:
- From candidates: your name, phone number, email, suburb or country, trade, work experience, tickets and qualifications, English level, and your work-rights details, including your visa type.
- From builders: your name, company, phone number, email, site suburb and the trades you need.
If you choose to attach a CV or resume when registering, we collect that too. Your CV reaches us as an attachment on an email to the business owner's mailbox within our Google Workspace account — it is not stored on this website — and it is kept, shared and deleted on the same terms as the rest of your candidate details.
We only ask for what we need to assess suitability for construction placements.
Why we collect it
- To assess candidates for construction placement opportunities with Sydney builders.
- To verify a candidate's right to work in Australia from official government records — this check is only done with the candidate's consent.
- To respond to builder enquiries and arrange introductions.
- To contact you about your enquiry or registration.
TradeBridge Workforce is a recruitment business only. We do not provide immigration advice; visa questions are referred to a registered migration practice, and we only pass on your contact details for that purpose with your consent.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet within our Google Workspace account, with access limited to the business owner. Google may store data on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including restricting account access.
Who we share it with
- Candidates: your profile (trade, experience, tickets, availability and verified work-rights status) is shared only with builders, only for the purpose of a placement, and only with your consent. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we never sell personal information.
- Builders: your enquiry details are used only to respond to you and are not shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate and builder details while they are relevant to current or future placements. If your details are no longer needed, or you ask us to remove them, we delete them.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact Damien on 0420 824 781 or damien@tradebridgeworkforce.com.au and we will action the request promptly.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, contact us first using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
